Next, we’ll visit the honey souk, where you’ll discover a wide variety of sweet wild honey. Your guide will discuss the different flavors and health benefits of each type, explaining honey’s significance in Moroccan culture and cuisine. You’ll get to sample them all.

You’ll also explore a furnatchi (which heats the water for the hammams) and a four-century-old communal oven (the furan), which serves as the neighborhood bakery.
